I was extremely impressed with Cloud City Drones as a consumer. I had a problem with an accessory for my drone that I thought would take a minimum 6-8 weeks to resolve because it needed to be sent back to the manufacturer. However, when I contacted CCD, their associate Billy promptly assisted me in diagnosing the issue through email. Not only did they provide me with a shipping label to return the accessory to the manufacturer, but they also sent me a brand new part to minimize my downtime. This level of service went above and beyond my expectations, and I truly appreciate their exceptional customer service.
Great place to go to purchase new drones! The customer service is good. Cloud City breaks down best use cases of drones, when it comes to what you are looking to do with the drone for work or recreation. However, If you are looking to trade your drone in. Cloud City is not going to give you the fair market value for your drone. Your best bet would be to private sell it.
They were quick and professional. However, I purchased a drone that comes with two batteries, about a $725 value for the batteries. They have a distinct maintenance procedure to maintain the maximum life span. The batteries they sent me were manufactured 9 months ago and haven't been maintained, presumably losing much more than just 9 months off the life of the batteries. At that cost, I would think the batteries would match the same manufacture date as the drone rather than send out old ones. I'm imagine it's much less expensive with to bulk order batteries and have them in storage until purchased, but I think I'll order directly from DJI in the future in hopes of avoiding that issue.
I love purchasing from Cloud City Drones! They are one of the only DJI dealers that will sell replacement parts so we can service our own drones. They've been keeping me flying for years! I crashed my new mini 3, ordered a new right front arm from Cloud City. I attempted to repair the drone myself via a utube video. I failed at my diy attempt and do not recommend diy repair of a drone. I ended up reaching back to Cloud City(Billy) looking for repair options or just scrap the drone.
I can't tell you enough about the first class customer service experience I had. Billy is an excellent representative of the company. Billy offered me a couple options to repair/replace my drone once a technician determined needed repairs. Billy is an excellent communicator. Very responsive.
Billy worked with me on the quote to repair my drone, what I felt was a reasonable dollar amount to get me flying again.

12 minutes into flight with my new DJI mini 4 Pro I crashed and broke, not only my heart, but the rotational axis on the left front arm. After searching the internet for parts I found Cloud City Drones and they had the exactly the part I needed. I'm new to the drone world however I learned quickly that parts do not seem to be readily available for this new model. Fortunately, they had it in stock and their shipping was prompt. I recommend getting a tool kit when trying to swap out small parts as I could not have done the job without it. My Mini4 is now good as new and back in the air. Thanks Cloud City Drones!

I purchased a part from cloud city for my Mini 2 drone. I purchased the part through Apple Pay and long story short, my Apple Pay was set up to an old address. I manually overrode that address, but for some reason the shipping defaulted back to that old address. So I contacted Cloud City, and Kristin promptly got back to me so that I could update the address before the shipment went out. It’s hard to find people these days that follow up promptly and keep their promises. You may get one or the other, but rarely both. Kristin saved me a huge headache by preventing my part from going to a place several states away! And the drone is vital to the work I do as a restoration contractor. I ordered a GL10 spotlight from Cloud City which I promptly received. When I experienced minor aiming issues with the light, they immediately answered my email and sent instructions which resolved the problem.
I ordered a small, inexpensive, but vital part from Cloud City. I have never experienced such fast shipping as from Cloud City. The part is genuine DJI and delivered perfectly.
